Sales tax is not charged on orders which bill to addresses outside Tennessee. Telephone / E-Mail Custom Orders Please feel free to call us or e-mail us with your order. Our normal hours of operation in our retail store are Turnaround Times and Shipping SewWhatStuff will ship your item for $7.95 within the U.S. Oversized packages may incur additional ship charges, but we will notify you if that will be necessary. We normally ship orders within 2-5 business days with delivery within 7-10 days. During the holiday and gift giving season(s), i.e. Christmas, Graduation, June Weddings, etc., your order may take a little longer. Please order early. We will try to accommodate all rush orders but will add an additional charge of $5.00. You may request expedited shipping methods at any time for an additional charge. For rush and expedite orders, please contact us by phone, Unfortunately, our system does not provide the ability to perform multiple ship-to within a single order. We can send your gift to anyone…anywhere. And, if requested, your item will be gift wrapped in our signature wrap, a white, glossy premium box all wrapped up in our SewWhat? colors, royal blue and daffodil yellow pearlized wraphia. We’ll include an enclosure card (up to 60 characters) with your message for no additional charge. Return Policy As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund, depending on the situation. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
